In FY2024-25, your company recorded a total income of ₹140.47 crore and a profit after tax of 379.31 crore. This strong performance was primarily driven by robust growth in the consultancy segment, which accounted for 89% of the operating revenue. .

Solar Power is the conversion of energy from sunlight into electricity, either directly using photovoltaics (PV), indirectly using concentrated solar power, or a combination. Concentrated solar power systems use lenses or mirrors and solar tracking systems to focus a large area of sunlight into a small beam. Photovoltaic cells convert light into an electric current using the photovoltaic effect.
A wind turbine is a system which transforms the kinetic energy available in the wind into mechanical or electrical energy that can be harnessed for any required applications. Wind electric turbines generate electricity that can be utilized locally or transported to the desired location through grid substation.
Power Procurement inherently means a transaction where the price of power is negotiable and options exist about whom to trade with and for what quantum. Power can be traded through open access mechanism either bilaterally or via exchange. Bilateral contracts are negotiated between two parties, one being buyer and other the seller. On the other hand, In Exchange trading, the traders can quote their offers and bids a day ahead of physical delivery.
